That sleeve has two (maybe three) thin cutouts that act as clips (I assume to secure the mast in place). Only one of those clips is intact on mine -- the other(s) corroded and broke off over time. Is this going to be an issue? Will the mast become loose or operate improperly, or should I just proceed with reassembly and be ok? VISIT thumper300zx.com for PICS and TECH PAGES
